Your Doula Doc
TALITHA BROWN, MD
Bringing a child into this world is beautiful — it can also be a bit chaotic.
I'm Talitha Brown, MD and I am a DONA International trained, ProDoula Certified Labor, Postpartum, and Infant Care Doula. To me, great healthcare goes beyond treating the physical. It also considers lifestyle needs and empowers parents with knowledge to make the best decisions for themselves.
As a medical professional, I’m trained to diagnose and treat physical ailments. But, as a doula — who is also a mom — I care about nurturing your emotional self, helping you get back to your routines, and organizing your physical space to make things easier for you and your family.
Whether it’s doula care or medical care, everything I do is rooted in genuine care for my clients, passion for educating others, and confidence in my ability to solve problems.
You deserve to enjoy every minute of this life-changing moment.

“Breastfeeding was an emotional rollercoaster for me. I thought it would come naturally, but it was something that my baby and I had to work on together. Dr. Brown was invaluable in that process. She provided education on how to get a good latch, countless tips on how to reduce the pain I experienced, and continually checked on my progress over two months.”
